The vicinity of the hotel was quite pleasant, offering peacefulness and privacy. the rooms were nicely equipped with a TV, fridge and tea-making facilities. the bathrooms were sizable and clean, perfect for a decent bath after a long day out. the staff were generally helpful and kept the room spotlessly clean.
The outside area of the hotel was not clean, the chairs were dirty and the couches were stained.

Our recent stay at a guest house in Ladysmith was pleasant and enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were delicious.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel facilities were great, and all clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The location was quiet yet convenient and had secure off-street and under-cover parking. Breakfast was really good too.

Stayed here and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities offered. The location is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was satisfying and included a good variety of options to choose from.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The room was basic and lacked personality, but it did offer the necessary amenities.

The renovated colonial house had very comfortable rooms, fitted with necessary amenities including a TV and tea/coffee station. the location was convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby hospitals and shopping centers. the property had a good-sized pool, which was a great way to cool off during the hot weather.
Some attention to detail was needed as some furniture and appliances were old and worn out. we experienced some noise issues due to the construction of the building and there was a distinct lack of rodent control in certain areas.
